Use:
On mozza-tomato salads, on stuffed tomatoes, on green or mixed salads, on a pasta salad, on goat cheese, in a ratatouille, on panfried red mulet filets, in a vegetable soup, on fresh pasta, on steamed vegetables, on a oven cooked or papillote fish, fish, etc...
Better to be used cold to keep its natural flavour, but can be cooked with no problem at all.
