Description

Food preparation of vinegar with the pulp of fresh figs.
Invented by Ricahrd Daumas, artisan from St.Cyr- Sur-Mer (in the south of France), this fresh fig pulp vinegar recipe will all its savour of a ripe fruit when put on salads that have personality like mesclun, arucola or rocket or corn salad.

You can also add some duck breast and shawings of parmesan cheese.

this vinegar will light up all your hot goat cheese salads.


Ingredients and production date

Alcool vinegar 8%, fig pulp, crystal sugar, appel pectine.

After opening keep it in the refrigirator.
Best use before the end of January 2010.
