Food prparation based on organic farming olive oil with natural extracts and organic essentiels oils of fresh plants.
Use:
On your mixed or green salads, on grilled meats, in your ratatouille, on your steamed or fried vegetables, in a pan of large prawns, in tomatoes sauces, in "Provençal" sauces, etc...
You can mix it with the thyme organic olive oil and the rosemary organic olive oil for a very "Provençal" taste.
Better be used cold to keep its original flavor but can also be used to cook with no problem at all.
