Craft product : garlic vinegar

Food preparation of vinegar and steeping of the plant.
Traditionaly made without food coloring nor preservatives.

Use:
As seasoning, to deglaze your meats, etc...
Use it with the garlic olive oil "Le Mas de Coralie".

Alcohol vinegar 6%, garlic, pepper, dill.
Better to be used before the end of February 2011.
