Artchoke in olive oil

Natural product traditionaly made, coloring and preservative free.
Produced in Haute-Provence.

You have to know that the farming of artichokes is very widespreades in Provence.
Since all times in familys we eat in an artichoke plate or raw leaves with dressing or prepare them as antipasti.

Use:
Delicious on a good piece of farmhouse bread with drinks, on pizzas, around a cold meat, on a vegetable pie, in mixed salads, in a loaf, etc...

Contains:
Grilled artichokes, olive oil, sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, parsley.

Better to be used before the end of March 2012.
Can be keept several months after opening in refrigerator, but must be covered with oil.
