Eggplant in olive oil

Natural product traditionaly made, coloring and preservative free.
Produced in Haute-Provence.

Use:
Delicious on a good piece of farmhouse bread with drinks, on pizzas, with cold meats, on a vegetable pie, in mixed salads, on a bruschetta, in an omelette, in a loaf, etc...

Contains:
Grilled eggplant, olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic, parsley, balsamic vinegar, salt.

Better to be used before the end of March 2012.
Can be keept several months after opening in refrigerator, but must be covered with oil.
