Plants grown, picked and packed in Provence.
Each plant is sorted and sifted several times to remove dirt, dust and stems. Only the noble parts of these organic herbs de Provence are preserved.
Board Preparation:
Add a pinch of organic Herbes de Provence to your cooking or on your grill, close your eyes, you are in Provence!
Idea of the Chef:
Marinate for at least 30 minutes your sliced vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, onions, tomatoes) with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and fry a la plancha or a stove, to accompany your grill or your roasts.
