Food preparation of vinegar and steeping of the plant.
Traditionaly made without food coloring nor preservatives.

Use:
For seasoning and to deglaze white meats, etc...
Use it with the Herbs of Provence olive oil "Le Mas de Coralie"

Contains:
Alcohol vinegar 6%, herbs from Provence, white oignons, pickles, berries.
Better to be used before the end of January 2011.
