Natural product traditionaly made, coloring and preservative free. Produced in Haute-Provence.
In Provence, after the first automn rains xomes the picking season of the mushrooms. The preparation of those mushrooms in glass jars is a happy and important tradition in all familys.
Use: Delicious on a good piece of farmhouse bread with drinks, with baked potatoes, with cold meats, to accompany a "paté", proscuitto, or all other types of delicatessen.
Ingredients and production date
Contains: Mushrooms, carottes, onions, wine vinegar, red wine, olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, herbs of Provence, juniper berry, thyme.
Better to be used before the end of December 2011. Can be keept several months after opening in refrigerator, but must be covered with oil.
