Madagascar Bourbon vanilla in olive oil

A vanilla bean from Madagascar 100% natural macerated in olive oil very sweet. The result is troubling.
It makes sense on coquille St. Jacques on a fried or baked white fish.
You can also use it for all your sweet cuisine: olive oil that will delight a fruit salad, a cake, a red fruit sorbet, a strawberry pie or chocolate ice cream
