Sage vinegar

"Pebre d'ail": provençal name of the sage, witch is an aromatic ingredient of the Herbs of Provence.
Food preparation of vinegar and steeping of the plant.
Traditionaly made without food coloring nor preservatives.

Use:
For seasoning and to deglaze white meats, etc...
Use it in duo with the Garlic olive oil "Le Mas de Coralie"

Contains:
Alcohol vinegar 6%, sage plant.

Better to be used before the end of February 2011.
