Pistou is the provençal name for "Pesto". Our grandmothers made it with a mortar and a pestle.Unavoidable cream for the pistou soup. Can also be used on fresh pasta, on shavings of parmesan cheese with some fresh diced tomatoes.

Contains: Green basil from Provence 46%, sunflower oil, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parmegan, salt, pepper.
Preservation: 2 to 3 years closed at room temperature (peremption date on the top) or 3 weeks after opening in the refrigerator.
