Red berries vinegar - glassy bottle

Food preparation of vinegar and steeping of the plant.
Traditionaly made without food coloring nor preservatives.

Use:
For seasoning and to deglaze chicken livers, gizzards, duck breast, etc...

Contains:
Alcohol vinegar 6%, bilberry, blackberry, raspberry.
Better to be used before the end of February 2011.
