The red capsecum, very digest (because grilled and peeled), mixed with black olives: a mixture of strenght and mildness. Spread it on toast with your drinks at the aperitif. Excellent as a base on your vegetables pies, on rice, on fish. Mix 1 spoon of the red capsecum and olive puree with 2 eggs and scramble.

Contains: grilled red capsecum 75%, black olives, capers, sunflower oil, garlic, lemon juice, mild red chilli, salt, olive oil, thickener: guar and xanthane flour, pepper.
Preservation: 2 to 3 years closed at room temperature (peremtion date on the top), or up to 3 weeks after opening in the refrigerator.
