This olive oil is a rare typicity and well-known in the Var department. It is extracted by a pitter that gives it a very smooth savor without bitterness nor fervence.
This olive oil is obtained only from olives from the Var region, extracted cold, picked ripe, controled fit to eat and that are the object of a stict fermentation to realise a black fruity oil as the tradition wants, without coloring nor preservatives.
